What a lovely and light summer ramen. Exactly what you would expect for a shio ramen, clear broth full of complex flavours, thin chewy noodles complimented by a twist of wild garlic. I really liked the thin slithers of pork, silky and tasty. I imagine it would go very well with a side of tempura prawns instead if it was served in the restaurant.
There isn’t a decent ramen place where I live and getting this delivered was fantastic.
The Classic Tonkotsu Ramen is amazing, the broth is rich in flavour and the dish is super filling! the eggs and tofu as extra is a must for the best experience
Fantastic kit really easy to make and so delicious! Will never stand up to the restaurant experience because the restaurant is so good! But it's an incredibly close second place! Would highly recommend!

There were some issues with the delivery operator who accidentally held our order and it arrived too late to be able to eat, but the Matsudai team were so lovely and sent us another order. It was absolutely delicious and completely worth the wait, just as tasty as Matsudai restaurant and fun to make at home! Perfect birthday gift for my partner.
Quality tonkotsu ramen. Being in the east of England, there are no quality tonkotsu ramen locally. Good thing there is the diy kits available. Excellent service from the team as well. When the courier failed me, they made sure i received my order in time. Much appreciated and definitely recommended
