Great tofu with complimentary stock. The noodles are soft and delicious. I also enjoyed the one off celeriac version very much. Both these are great with the egg.

I found out about Matsudai Ramen mere weeks ago, and I’ll never look back. After my first taste, I instantly had to order more, and decided to treat myself to a proper ramen bowl, because good food deserves better than my old plastic ramen bowl.

It’s gorgeous! Heavy and able to hold a proper bowlful o’ the good stuff, and it just looks lovely on display too. As with the ramen kits, it was packaged very well. I’ll be buying another soon for my jealous partner ;)

Restaurant quality ramen at home. I ordered all sorts but I love the plain tonkotsu and sunsent red. I hope yhey add a bit more options.

TONKOTSU GYOKAI MISO RAMEN KIT

Very flavourful egg with soy type notes. Soft centred. It really adds to the ramen bowl and I wouldn’t be without it.

Bowl as described, wonderful quality and excellent safe delivery .. would highly recommend recommend.

What's become important for me now is to find good food for home at a sustainable price. All the more important because of how far away I live from London now.
Not only does this level of professional product wildly surpass my expectations and anything I've tried before. But considering everything, it's also pretty damn near affordable too. If my shopping is about £70 a week at waitrose and I eat only a meal a day, why not make the meal a complete experience in every way?

Now it's just north of that for 7 packs a week, so I will have to keep an eye out for stronger sales. But when they happen, I'll definitely be getting my groceries from Matsudai from now on instead 🤗 to that end, I thank you so much for being around.

The only thing I'd have wished for is other options as well that were equally freezable, like gyoza, yakisoba and (this may be pushing it) but yakitori chicken. Different cuisine I know so I'll just trust in success begetting growth.

Regardless, the point is, it's the genuine article and I can't tell you how grateful I am to have access to that from where I am. So again, thank you.

Honestly some of the best ramen I’ve ever had - easily as good as what you’d get from a restaurant! I had some issues with my delivery thanks to storm Eowyn and Maja at Matsudai was so helpful in helping to resolve everything for me. I couldn’t recommend them more highly - I’ve been so impressed from start to finish.
