Delivery FAQ

Shipping cost per order is £5.75.

Free Shipping Over £70

All orders placed with a combined total of £70.00 or more will qualify automatically for free delivery. 

We offer UK Mainland Shipping

We work with several delivery partners to ensure our ramen can reach as many people as possible. The delivery partner carrying your order will depend on your selected delivery date and your location.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, Inverness, Kirkwall, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations.

Delivery dates are selected when you choose your ramen.

We currently deliver on Fridays, Saturdays and Tuesdays, with more days coming soon. You can order up to 2pm on the day prior to delivery. i.e. order by 2pm Thursday for delivery on Friday. 

We use fully tracked next-day delivery for every order.

You’ll receive your tracking link by email when your order is dispatched, on the day before your chosen delivery date.

 

    Do you deliver to my area?

    What if I won’t be home for my delivery?

    We ask that you please arrange delivery to an address where someone will be in to receive it. If plans change and you can’t be home, contact us to change the address, up to 9am on the day prior to your delivery date. Or once your package is dispatched, use the tracking link in your email to click through and provide details of a safe space or divert your package with the courier.

    Can I collect my order instead? 

    If you’re local to Cardiff, or passing through, you can collect your order from our Taffs Well kitchen (CF15 7QR) or our Grangetown restaurant (CF11 6QS). Simply select pick-up at the checkout and choose your collection slot.

    What if my order is delayed, missing, damaged or warm?

    Occasionally, something goes wrong despite our best efforts and we’re so sorry to disappoint. If your ramen is not chilled (if it’s warmer than 8 degrees) when it arrived, you shouldn’t eat it. If there’s an issue with your ramen, please be in touch and we’ll resolve it for you: orders@matsudai.co.uk
