I was sorry you have not replied to the email I sent about problems accessing the instructions. I also sent a letter by post, but that has gone unanswered.
I’m sorry, too, to report that I hadn’t realised that the garlic that accompanied one of the ramens had not been cooked, treated. We thought it was a specially treated topping, put it on top of the ramen and paid a heavy price. We did not enjoy the meal. Alas.
So glad to have found Matsudai to get a fix of proper tonkotsu. The broth is thick, rich & so delicious. The noodles are perfect. Such a treat & comes perfectly packaged with clear instructions.
Probably one of the best and most authentic things I’ve eaten this year. Superb.
Don't walk - run - to Matsudai for their ramen, it was honestly the most flavoursome meal and like a big hug in a bowl!

I’ve made a few orders for different kits from Matsudai over a couple of years - each and every time they’ve been amazing, really easily prepared, very, very tasty (better than any restaurant chain and a few individual stores where I’ve been able to find ramen!) really pleased with my most recent order and I will be making one again soon!

Everything from the thick slices of pork chashu, to the oozing ajitama egg and sharp, umami blast of shio seasoning, is top notch. A ramen to remember.
