What's become important for me now is to find good food for home at a sustainable price. All the more important because of how far away I live from London now.
Not only does this level of professional product wildly surpass my expectations and anything I've tried before. But considering everything, it's also pretty damn near affordable too. If my shopping is about £70 a week at waitrose and I eat only a meal a day, why not make the meal a complete experience in every way?
Now it's just north of that for 7 packs a week, so I will have to keep an eye out for stronger sales. But when they happen, I'll definitely be getting my groceries from Matsudai from now on instead 🤗 to that end, I thank you so much for being around.
The only thing I'd have wished for is other options as well that were equally freezable, like gyoza, yakisoba and (this may be pushing it) but yakitori chicken. Different cuisine I know so I'll just trust in success begetting growth.
Regardless, the point is, it's the genuine article and I can't tell you how grateful I am to have access to that from where I am. So again, thank you.
Honestly some of the best ramen I’ve ever had - easily as good as what you’d get from a restaurant! I had some issues with my delivery thanks to storm Eowyn and Maja at Matsudai was so helpful in helping to resolve everything for me. I couldn’t recommend them more highly - I’ve been so impressed from start to finish.

I was impressed at the freshness of the ramen and would order again. If you love ramen but don’t have an authentic satisfactory restaurant near you, Matsudai is the answer. Unfortunately I’ve yet to find out how I can keep a stock for emergencies as while it is freezer friendly, I don’t want to risk ruining the perfectly runny ramen egg.

As my favourite dish is ramen , the miso tonkotsu ramen I experienced last week was the tastiest ramen meal I have had in this country. Getting very close to what I experienced in Asia - well done , will be buying again
I have been asked to write a review about buying extra nori. I have previously resisted the overwhelming temptation but now I can’t hold myself back.
Extra nori has changed my life. I’m now two inches taller, my IQ has increased to 200 and I’m 110% more attractive to the opposite sex. I’ve solved the mystery of Schrodinger’s Cat, got a promotion and recently sold my novel for £2.5 million to the highest bidder.
