I am an egg fan, love all sorts of styles, but if i have to describe an epic egg moment is eating matsudai sunset red with an ajitama egg! It is perfection!
I've ordered quite a few meals from them and can guarantee they are a 10/10 experience for good quality ramen at home !! I've used them for personal cooking and dates and they're always a hit!
These delicious eggs soaked in soya and mirin with a barely set yolk just top off ramen like nothing else. More than an extra, they are a necessity!
We have now had a few meals from Matsudai Ramen as well as a couple of the tableware sets. We love them so much we have bought a gift set for my son this Christmas. We had a problem with the delivery and the customer service were absolutely brilliant, sorting it out with the minimum of fuss. Would definitely recommend.

I buy most months because why get a take away and be disappointed when these hit everytime! Sunset red is my favourite but I will try the special additions each month sometimes. Reached out to customer services twice since being their customer and I get replies fast and things sorted out with no worries!
