Fantastic flavour and depth and made a nice lighter option that was perfect for this meat eaters lunch. But would equally delicious in the evening.
Rich and full of flavour- if not for the absence of the chasu pork you wouldn't know it's vegan! The pork replacement was really tasty- really well marinated and after taking it off the pan, the outside was lovely and crispy.

I really enjoyed this ramen! I thought I might not enjoy it as much as the richer tonkotsu style ones but actually it may have been my favourite of the main set! It was super flavoursome. It's the first one I ordered again! My only change is I wish you could buy the fishcake slices as an extra topping so I could have more

I have built up a fair collection of chilli oils and this is by far my favourite, such a great depth of flavour with a nice hit of chilli. The oil is gray and the “bit” very tasty

Every kit we have ever got has been perfect. We have a regular subscription and have found ourselves ordering outside of that for extra kits as the whole family want more. Love it.

Literally the most amazing, tastiest, flavour packed bowl of ramen you could ask for. Easy to put together as all the hard work has already been done.
I haven't been disappointed by any matsudai kits but the Tonkotsu will forever be my favourite comfort eating. The first spoonful always has me in awe... How it is so good?! Anyway, I usually order a variety and freeze them and I always order an extra Tonkotsu, which probably tells you all you need to know.
