We will be taking over the kitchen at Milkwood in Pontcanna, Cardiff on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from Thursday 19th of August until September 25th.

During August we will be serving tantanmen. During September we will be serving iekei-inspired Yokohama-style tonkotsu, Uncle Roger-style.

We are also taking over BFI's Stephen Street Kitchen in central London from Oct 21st-Nov 20th (Thursdays-Saturdays) and will be slinging iekei-inspired ramen, changeable special dishes, and sides. In partnership with our friends at Benugo.
