There is some parking opposite the restaurant and along Clare Road and Penarth Road. If you're unable to find space there, you'll find ample free on-street parking on North Clive Street, just a few minutes walk away, or on any of the residential streets off Clare Road.

As a new business, we want to create an intimate environment for our guests and be prepared. Pre-paid reservations allow us to anticipate who is coming in and to give guests an all-encompassing experience at the best price possible, without worrying about no-shows. For bookings after September 25th, we will take pre-paid reservations to large groups only. The pre-payments are taken off the bill, so long as every person has attended. Non-attendees pre-payments will not be taken off the bill.

Yes. The reservation is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling reservations for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a reservation from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the reservation through the restaurant’s official website. Any reservations purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser’s risk. We cannot accept responsibility for forgeries or misrepresentations.

To transfer a reservation, log in to your account and then select, “Reservations”. Each reservation has a transfer button next to it.

We will always do our best to cater to veggie and vegan friends and will always have good choices on the menu. Unfortunately, we are unable to make gluten-free ramen, but we can usually cater for you with gluten-free donburi (rice bowls) and karaage.

Not initially but we will keep you updated if that changes.

We are still working on the menu and will have more news soon. We intend to have an ever-changing offering selection of ramen which reflects the time of year, and a small supporting cast of desserts and small plates (including our karaage).

We will be open: Weds-Fri 5-10pmSaturday 12-10pmAs of September 25th we will also open on Sundays 12-7pm. 

We can take bookings for parties of 1-12 people.

We have a ramen bar over-looking the open kitchen. If you'd like to sit here then just leave us a note when booking. Please note, we also have large communal tables so there is a chance you will be sitted in or near other people. Again, please leave us a note if you'd like to avoid this.
