Probably one of the best ramen’s I’ve ever had, everything came packaged well and secure. There was absolutely no faulting the quality of the Ingredients or flavour. Would love for this to be a permanent menu item as I would order regularly
It's hard to grade this one objectively, being from 2 of the greatest ramen shops in the country - but this one really surpassed all my expectations and brought the DNA of both together into one glorious bowl of complex flavoured, wonderfully-textured happiness.

Brought 5 sets of the babhaus ramen as we have tried their birra before and loved it. It’s just as good in this ramen and it all comes together beautifully.
Every now and then I get a hankering for ramen. I could make it myself, of course I could, but I'd need to assemble all the little bits and pieces that make it such a flavourful meal. I could go out for ramen, but then I couldn't eat it in my PJs watching a favourite TV show.....this is where Matsudai RAmen really comes into its own.....incredibly flavourful, and with the little additions that make ramen the comforting meal it is....the pork, the egg, the veg, fungi, noodles, and that AMAZING broth....this is the best of all options to me. It's so easy to put together and tastes amazing. Win win win!!

Everything from the thick slices of pork chashu, to the oozing ajitama egg and sharp, umami blast of shio seasoning, is top notch. A ramen to remember.
