Really nice ramen kit. Great quality just wish you sold the broth separate! Would buy a load of them and stock up
Superbly crafted ramen. Happens to be vegan too. The stock is amazing and the noodles soft and moreish. The accompanying veg egg n nori provide additional interest. Totally satisfying and recommended
You wouldn’t believe that you can get this quality and flavour from ingredients delivered to your door… fewer than 15 minutes prep, then enjoy! I will be getting this again soon.
Gluttonous though it may seem the chashu pork is sublime and really adds layer to a fantastic tare and just makes my stomach happy.

Easy to put together with the instructions, the flavours are unbelievable, make sure to char the pork
First time at trying one of these kits and will be buying again. If only to experience the superb depth and balance of flavours and textures in the dish. I know this dish has moved on, but I'm sure others will be just as memorable and tasty. Struggled a bit with the instructions - a PDF rather than image of the instructions would be good if possible - and trying to find enough saucepans to cook 2 different ramen kits at the time. Nonetheless it was worth the effort in the end!
We have visited Matsudai a number of times and never been disappointed! This “at home” pack was incredible and delivered that amazing taste at home! Easy to do and clear instructions! Will definitely be ordering again!
