about this ramen: rich, deeply savoury, packed full of umami - miso ramen was birthed by cold hokkaido winters. it’s supremely satisfying and one of our favourite styles - the complex miso tare making this the perfect mix of refinement and heartiness. there’s plenty of aroma oil, to keep the bowl piping hot, and slurpy, thick, curly, translucent noodles.

10/10 food & customer service

The ramen kits we ordered were AMAZING!! ( vegan sunset red ramen & Sapporo miso ) We had an issue with delivery however it was not the businesses fault and Ki was really fast to sort it and send out a replacement. The customer service is the best 10/10 and the food is insanely good! HIGHLY recommend to anyone 🫶🏻

Delivery options changed in the last 2 years, and it's for the best!

Delivery exceeded my expectations this time, Amazing support service, and The kits arrived frozen with extra Ice, the price per kit is reasonable, you're getting great quality ramen, close to the ramen you get in japan. I recommend buying an extra freezer if you're a remote worker. Highly recommend, one day we'll be able to visit the shop in real life :)
If they start making dumplings, I'll happily buy a second freezer.

I believe the cooling pack was inadequate for the delivery. Upon opening the package, the contents were warm, not even slightly cool.

A lovely meal. Felt authentic, had easy to follow instructions and well packaged, but I selected a specific delivery day on the website and it was delivered on a different date.

Delicious ramen delivered one day too late

The Sapporo Miso ramen was really outstanding. The garnishes and final presentation were professional. I was very happy with the food. However, once again the precious cargo was sitting in a warehouse for 24h with the ice packs melting before even starting to move towards me, for the second time in a row. The Evri courier delivered late despite the next-day delivery, which meant a double expense. I had to order in last minute from another ramen place for my Friday dinner party and then also find people to feed the many unused portions on the Saturday. But those lucky people were very happy too. I recommend the food but I won’t rely again on a paid next day delivery.

Brilliant for frozen

Really nice treat for a night in, brilliant idea to deliver frozen. But little on the expensive side for what was included, cheeper to go to a restaurant and have fresh.
