about this ramen: on january 12th, we introduce the tonkotsu gyokai miso ramen kit, and holy heck is it good! one morning in autumn 2022 i woke up with a weird instinct to try and recreate the ramen from the famous anime naruto, and this was the outcome. rich tonkotsu soup cut with niboshi-katsuobushi dashi. miso tare and garlic-ginger aroma oil. a thick, large portion of noodles. 😋 plenty of toppings..+

I was expecting the chilli oil to be really spicy but I was pleasantly surprised with it, its not too spicy it mostly brings out extra flavour from the ramen. All in all I would recommend
Have to stop just eating occasional spoon of this
by itself. Only issue for for matsuida ramen is that makes their competitor average noodles taste great too.
I live in Sheffield (just moved) and I have found the selection of ramen up here, very disappointing. Do you can imagine my joy when I found you guys online, AND when the ramen tasted frickin delicious will be ordering again in the new month!
Such amazing and easy kit to use! I am terrible in the kitchen but it's made enjoying some of my favourite foods easy!

Great kit; very tasty. But don’t plan on eating your kit on the day they say it will arrive. This is the second time I’ve ordered. First time delivery arrived at 9pm. Second time it arrived the next day (ah the joys of Evri - not!).
