about this ramen: our infamous vegan vampire slayer. vegan tonkotsu served with mayu (black garlic oil), raw garlic and garlic powder. chock-full of enough garlic to ward off even the most enthusiastic bloodsucker. the garlic comes separately, so add as much or as little as you like.

when will it arrive

we ship monday to friday for next day delivery, tuesday to saturday. order by 2pm the day before. delivery is £5.75, free over £60. some postcodes are excluded.

how do i cook it

fifteen minutes, straight from the freezer. thaw the toppings under the cold tap. broth pack into boiling water for 10 minutes, chashu in for the last 2. noodles as instructed, then build. full instructions.

can i collect instead

yes, and it’s free. cardiff, weds to sat evenings and saturday daytime. taffs well, monday to friday in the daytime.

what if i’m not in

please send it somewhere someone will be in to take it. if plans change, you can change the address up to 9am the day before, or once it’s dispatched use the tracking link to leave it in a safe place or divert it with the courier.

do i need anything else

the kit is complete except for anything fresh. we don’t include onions or vegetable toppings, as they deliver terribly. if you’d like an egg, you can add one with the extra toppings.

can i subscribe

yes. kits arrive automatically each month and go straight in the freezer. what you pay depends on the kits and extras you pick. how subscriptions work.

Im a regular customer

I buy most months because why get a take away and be disappointed when these hit everytime! Sunset red is my favourite but I will try the special additions each month sometimes. Reached out to customer services twice since being their customer and I get replies fast and things sorted out with no worries!

No vampires on me

Vampire Slayer Ramen was delicious and met the high standards I expect from Matsudai Ramen.

In my line of work there is no room for doubt in the protective methods we use. The garlic in this was so powerful that the flavour endured for two whole days meaning vampires kept their distance, allowing me to get some much needed rest at the weekend. Review by Mr V.Helsing.

Took 2 weeks to arrive and were really excited and it was ok…poor instructions so we added all of the garlic which was intense! Soup and noodles were nice
