Ramen bowl but spolit ramen

I had ordered a ramen bowl and 4 lots of chippy lane ramen when my daughter came to stay. The delivery was due on a Friday but no delivery was made. The delivery firm told me they would deliver on the next working day which was Monday by which time the food would have been spoilt. I contacted Matsudai Ramen and they agreed to refund the food but i still ended up with a ramen bowl and no Ramen. I would have preferred to have had another delivery of the ramen but they only deliver once a week and sadly my daughter was leaving on that day. I think given the difficulties good customer service would have sent another ramen delivery as soon as possible. They did give me my money back for the food but it still meant i had bought a ramen bowl that i couldnt use

Beautifully crafted!

I found out about Matsudai Ramen mere weeks ago, and I’ll never look back. After my first taste, I instantly had to order more, and decided to treat myself to a proper ramen bowl, because good food deserves better than my old plastic ramen bowl.

It’s gorgeous! Heavy and able to hold a proper bowlful o’ the good stuff, and it just looks lovely on display too. As with the ramen kits, it was packaged very well. I’ll be buying another soon for my jealous partner ;)

Scam

My order was meant to arrive on the 31st January and it did not arrive until the 4th of February. The ramen kits had a use by the 3rd sticker on them. I have sent repeated emails trying to get my money back but I have not had any response. I am very unhappy and you should be careful when using this company.

I ordered two of these bowls and they’re so beautiful. I can’t help myself using them for everything now, and they make any food inside look even more delicious and sophisticated.

Finally decided to give myself a present of this bowl, rather than continuing to eat these ramen kits out of a small casserole dish. Amazingly, it really does enhance the experience and I have used it for my own soup and stews. I like the colours.
