I love ramen so much and I am SO happy to have discovered Matsudai, it is the best ramen you can get in the UK 100%. My bowl is so beautiful and makes slurping up noodles even better. I love the Tonkotsu ramen so much that I actually have to limit myself to 2 a month because I would eat it everyday if I could!

Matsudai provides the best ramen kits and this is one of the best!
maybe it’s just me, but the noodles are no longer too salty - the char sui pork spot on as is the broth - this will be the Ramen order for me going forward
The food was really good but I struggled with the instructions for a beginner it wasn’t very clear at time other than that i was really happy with my purchase and will definitely buy again <3
We have previously eaten in the Matsudai restaurant and thought we would try the at home kits. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Cleverly packaged, clear preparation instructions, easy to prepare. Have just placed a second order and suspect we will be regulars.
Always hesitant to order meal kits online as they always seem to disappoint however this was amazing and above what I could imagine. Th noddles were amazing. It was so good that we have ordered again and may make it a regular thing. We did order a bowl set and unfortunately these were damaged in transit but a quick email and some new ones were sent out. Cant fault them at all.
