about this ramen: re-introducing our pork-free tori paitan. tori paitan is one of our absolute favourite styles of ramen and deserves love as it is a bit misunderstood here. this version features a small amount of really high-quality mixed dried seafood direct from the east coast of japan, and is a bulldozer of umami. rather than chashu pork, this comes with shredded chicken thighs which we’ve marinated in shio koji then simmered slowly in soy, sake and mirin. if you love tonkotsu ramen then you’ll love this.

unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the channel islands, northern ireland, outer hebrides, isle of man, shetland islands, inverness, kirkwall, po boxes and british forces post office locations.

delivery dates are selected when you choose your ramen.

we currently deliver on fridays, saturdays and tuesdays. you can order up to 2pm on the day prior to delivery. i.e. order by 2pm thursday for delivery on friday.

we use fully tracked next-day delivery for every order.
