about this ramen: running through december, right up til christmas, is this winter-warmer of a special: the MAYU MISO RAMEN. rich but balanced, packed with umami, and suuuuuper aromatic, with garlic and ginger and onion notes positively ringing out.. it's a hokkaido dream, a cold weather icon, and it runs for just three weeks.
