about this ramen: running through december, right up til christmas, is this winter-warmer of a special: the MAYU MISO RAMEN. rich but balanced, packed with umami, and suuuuuper aromatic, with garlic and ginger and onion notes positively ringing out.. it's a hokkaido dream, a cold weather icon, and it runs for just three weeks.

Vampire Slayer Ramen was delicious and met the high standards I expect from Matsudai Ramen.
In my line of work there is no room for doubt in the protective methods we use. The garlic in this was so powerful that the flavour endured for two whole days meaning vampires kept their distance, allowing me to get some much needed rest at the weekend. Review by Mr V.Helsing.

This was our 4th time ordering the “at home” kits. They’re so easy to do! The vampire slayer ramen was so good, lovely and garlicky with garlic oil, cloves and powder!
Delicious bowl. Really flavourful and rich. A little spicy but just enough to enhance the flavours in the broth. I'm glad I tried it and I would get it again.
