about this ramen: so chuffed to announce this collab beef birria ramen kit with our good good pals at babhaus. their signature birria is all 24hr slow-braised beef and deep, complexly rich, spiced broth, and is the star of this kit, available in very limited numbers from 19 September to 18 October. we will also be marking the occasion with a one-off supper club at matsudai cardiff on sunday 12th october.
