about this ramen: at the start of september we will be hosting tonkotsu titans kanada ya at our home in cardiff and then joining them for a takeover of their shop in ealing, london. the final part of our 'RAMEN SHOP SWAP is this kit, which will be served at both events. the wonderful people at kanada ya have mentored us and been incredibly generous since we sent them a tentative email in 2019 asking them for advice on our first pop-up so we are really chuffed to get this out into the world.

Incredible flavours in a beautifullt silky broth, this was so good that we ordered it three times! Hope to see it back again!
There were some issues with the delivery operator who accidentally held our order and it arrived too late to be able to eat, but the Matsudai team were so lovely and sent us another order. It was absolutely delicious and completely worth the wait, just as tasty as Matsudai restaurant and fun to make at home! Perfect birthday gift for my partner.
Quality tonkotsu ramen. Being in the east of England, there are no quality tonkotsu ramen locally. Good thing there is the diy kits available. Excellent service from the team as well. When the courier failed me, they made sure i received my order in time. Much appreciated and definitely recommended

The best ramen I have ever had other than in Japan. The depth of flavour of the broth is exceptional and the pork and the egg. Perfect!!
