SUNSET RED TONKOTSU RAMEN KIT

I cannot fault this ramen kit, I’ve ordered it several times and each time is just as good as the last. Will order until I can eat no more!

We tried Matsudai posted meal kits on a whim and were amazed by the quality of their product. Our first delivery was screwed up by Evri who took nearly a week to deliver a 24 hour guaranteed delivery, but the Matsudai team were incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. We live in London, and while there must be a quality place closer than Cardiff, we haven’t found it. I’m particularly fond of their tonkotsu, and their flavour oils and toppings are fantastic. I haven’t tasted anything like this outside of Japan.

Delicious vegan tonkotsu ramen straight to your door. It was a great birthday treat.

Its a saucy ramen full of nutty spicyness that I just had to finish in 2mins. The sauce is thic, creamy and coated the springy noodles well. The seseame aroma is addictive and complemented the pork amazingly. Cook the noodles in a big pan of boiling water and the sauce on a low heat or it’ll split.

I have been wanting to order a ramen for some time. The kit was easy to make, super tasty and delicious. Will deffo be purchasing again

It's so hard to find good vegetarian ramen and this one is so good! There are several ramen spots in my neighbourhood but none have nailed the veggie versions like Matsudai. I also really appreciate that there's more than one option, although sunset will always be my favourite.

Thick cut delicious bacon excellent tomatoes, really a refreshing way to have some delicious noodles

Love Matsudai's tofu and always order extra. Its full of flavour and chewy, Id even go as far as to say one of the best tofu Ive ever had

My partner's first ramen from Matsudai and it didnt disappoint! Said it was the best she'd had in the UK and rivaled some of the best we'd had in Japan.

I was intrigued by this kit, I love bacon, I love a BLT and I love Ramen. There was plenty of bacon and baconaise which could easily have been scrimped on, but my gosh the end result of all the ingredients was so delicious, I ordered another that day! I just wished I’d added the egg!

Really simple and quick to assemble kit, and so incredibly rich and flavourful. Not particularly spicy, just well balanced and delicious. Would definitely recommend!

What a lovely and light summer ramen. Exactly what you would expect for a shio ramen, clear broth full of complex flavours, thin chewy noodles complimented by a twist of wild garlic. I really liked the thin slithers of pork, silky and tasty. I imagine it would go very well with a side of tempura prawns instead if it was served in the restaurant.

There isn’t a decent ramen place where I live and getting this delivered was fantastic.
