Fantastic Tofu

Love Matsudai's tofu and always order extra. Its full of flavour and chewy, Id even go as far as to say one of the best tofu Ive ever had

So good!

I chopped the fresh ingredients real fine and added extra tofu chunks. Smooth broth coated the noodles and tofu like a silk scarf, translucent and tasteful.

Delicious ramen; no tofu

Hi - ramen was delicious and I will definitely order again but I got no tofu. I didn't want to complain but as you asked specifically I will have to say I didn't get any tofu so can't review it!

Since moving house, to less of a 🍜 location, I have missed ramen so much. Thank you to Secret Santa ‘23 for sharing this gift of tonkotsu to your door via Matsudai Ramen!
