Careful not to over fry the noodles as they will get rock solid but soooo yummy.
I’m not really familiar with ramen beyond Wagamama, this was so much better, deep flavour to the broth and ginger, spring onion etc added tang, notes, floral or something like that - and the addition of an egg was well worthwhile.

There's something enormously comforting about eating these ramen bowls; my body emits a deep sigh of relief when that stock hits my stomach. And that's especially the case for the Sunset Red one. Total comfort food.

Wow. This ticks so many boxes! The combination of the crunchy fried noodles mixed in with the soft boiled noodles was really satisfying and the thick sauce coating everything was perfection. Was very tempted to add a little water to my bowl towards the end of my meal to turn the sauce a bit more soupy so I could get every last bit.
I have been very impressed with the food from Matsudai Ramen, and just as impressed with the excellent customer service.
Extraordinary good ramen; I’ll definitely be ordering again.
