This is the second set of kits we’ve ordered from Matsudai after having tried them in person at the restaurant in Cardiff. They’re so easy to put together and taste so so good!
Instructions are fool proof, ingredients are top quality and everything is very authentic. Highly recommend the egg too - so soft and yummy! Will definitely order again!
Not kidding. So delicious, I got sad when I realised I'd finished the broth. The egg is a lovely addition, so creamy and rich, which I wasn't expecting. Can't wait to order some more.

Fabulous, tasty ramen. Quick and easy to put together at home. Seriously filling too. For a lighter option highly recommend the Vegan version as is also excellent.
Everything is better with more eggs… in future give me the option of at least a dozen
