The carrier didn’t deliver in time and Matsudai replaced the order for the following week which arrived safely.My daughter and husband thoroughly enjoyed the ramen. Cooking instructions were clear and concise and the quality top notch. Good customer service and good food ! Will definitely order again.
Quality and taste are exactly like what you could get in Japan, and that little bit of extra seasoning really adds some nice flavor. I've already ordered this at least 3-4 times

Everything from Matsudai has been delicious and the communication has been great. The recipe for these eggs is given on the website if you fancy having a go.
The egg comes packaged well and has a great flavour. It compliments the ramen so well and I couldn't eat ramen without one!
