Outrageously tasty! That broth - wtf!!! It took ~20 mins to put together after thawing from frozen and was so good. I ordered one portion of extra noodles between 2 x tonkotsu ramens which was absolutely the right decision. Throughout we felt like we should have ordered more pork but it was actually the right amount… felt very full after from the noodles, but the pork is unreal so I’m sure we’d eat extra and love it.
I wanted to shout out that we ordered over Xmas/ NY when the store was trialling frozen deliveries and fwiw I think it’s even better - it arrived fully frozen, great comms on the delivery, and it meant we could pick a night that suited us. It actually ended up being a few weeks after we received. We have a new baby coming soon and I absolutely want to order another frozen kit so we can have this ridiculously nourishing food when we come home from the hospital shattered but happy.

I was finally lucky enough to eat in the restaurant a few months ago, and was hopeful that ordering a kit would be just as good and I am excited to say it was. Easy to make and absolutely delicious.

Been to Japan recently over the summer. And matsudai ramen is the closest I've found to authentic Japanese ramen! We all loved it and will definitely be ordering more to be enjoyed at home !! You guys are the absolute bees knees! We are fans!
The flavors of this special is amazing! Loved it last year and thankfully it came back! Tim Anderson is a genius and we love matsudai ramen match made in heaven thank you!
