about this ramen: this is our vegan take on the truffle tori paitan. it's a great autumn bowl. we use black pepper, porcini mushrooms, celery salt in the tare amongst other items, and very british aromats in the dashi. the result is a decadent, creamy, plant-based ramen that’s super addictive.
