ABOUT
Our ramen kits are made by hand with care using top-quality ingredients, and delivered frozen for long-lasting storage. Each pack contains broth, tare & oil (combined), specially-paired noodles, and either chashu pork or soboro topping.
DELIVERIES
National delivery takes place every Thursday and costs £6.95. We deliver around the Cardiff area by hand every Friday and this costs £3.95. Order cut-off is end of Tuesday for national delivery and end of Thursday for local delivery. Minimum order £19.50.

I really have enjoyed the two ramens from Matsudai. Mainly they taste great but they also get all the boring stuff right - packaging, delivery. Recommend them highly.
Ever since eating this I’ve been craving it more and more. I’ve never been so sad to see an empty bowl before. Complex flavours combined with incredible texture and mouth feel. Perfect for summer!

As a ramen fan and a vegetarian I’ve spent hours drooling over photos of food that I can’t/won’t eat. Veggie options are becoming more available now and this is one of my favourites. It’s easy to assemble, the noodles are my perfect texture and the flavour is beautiful. I can’t wait for my next bowl.
