about this ramen: in the western world, tonkotsu ramen - often referred to simply as hakata ramen in japan - is arguably the most famous and coveted variant, the creamy white soup selling us a happily familiar experience. our version cuts no corners, and we hope you can taste the work that goes into it.

Delivery dates are selected when you choose your ramen.

We currently deliver on Fridays, Saturdays and Tuesdays. You can order up to 2pm on the day prior to delivery. i.e. order by 2pm Thursday for delivery on Friday.

We use fully tracked next-day delivery for every order.
