SPICY SESAME TONKOTSU TSUKEMEN KIT (V. LTD!)

about this ramen: kazuo yamagishi was the first person to offer tsukemen on a menu at legendary shop higashi ikebukuro taishoken some 50 years ago. however, in the last 20 years, it’s become extremely popular in japan for its super-rich, uncompromising flavours. tsukemen, basically, is deconstructed ramen. but don’t let that put you off. unlike most deconstructions, this one exists for a reason - the noodles are shocked in cold water and served at room temperature, allowing the diner to consume their meal a little more slowly than if it were a bowl of hot, steaming ramen. it also makes for a great summer bowl. tantan tsukemen is not found very widely in Japan but i think the rich, spicy, sesame-laden broth is perfect for a dipping ramen and hope that you agree.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, Inverness, Kirkwall, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations.

Delivery dates are selected when you choose your ramen.

We currently deliver on Fridays, Saturdays and Tuesdays. You can order up to 2pm on the day prior to delivery. i.e. order by 2pm Thursday for delivery on Friday.

We use fully tracked next-day delivery for every order.
