Really nice kit. Delicious and easy to prepare. Although I was feeding a few with multiple orders which was a bit of a faff. Would have appreciated a paper copy of instructions rather than going back and forth on the website. But proof was in the pudding. It was delicious and I will order again.
Just wow, if you're in the mood for something to really tickle your taste buds then order this!! A smack of umami yet super smooth. Just unbelievably delicious. Will order this again and again and again!!
The classic Tonkotsu ramen kit was delicious and very filling. Can’t wait to try another Matsudai kit!

All of the ramen I've had from matsudai is simply awesome. I hope they never stop making it.
This is one of the first times that everyone has been quiet around the food table… Even my mother, who dislikes food a 'bit different' absolutely loved it. The soup is delicious, the noodles were something else (The best I've ever tasted) and the eggs were perfect.
On delivery, one of our table sets had broken in transit. Matsudai were brilliant about replacing it same-day. The flavour was, as always, delicious.
