about this ramen: Our friends from Neighborhood Ramen (Philadelphia, USA), Jesse & Lindsay, joined us in Grangetown for an incredible collab event at the end of August, where we served a few bowls, including this awesome take on a tori paitan. now we’re bringing it back in kit format, for two weeks only (from the 4th-12th of october), and in limited numbers. American ramen is way further along than British ramen at the moment, and Neighborhood - based until now on 3rd Street in downtown Philadelphia - has been one of the best and most respected shops in the USA for the past 5 years. this is a unique chance to try this awesome collab bowl and see what all the fuss is about.

I had the classic tonkatsu and shoyu kits and they were both fantastic, very easy to make, and I’ll definitely be ordering more. Can’t recommend enough.
