• ramen and/or japanese food-obsessed
• excited to learn all there is to know about ramen
• experienced in a kitchen (preferred but not essential)
• organised, with strong attention to detail
• friendly, upbeat, positive, with a can-do attitude
• happy to deal with an ever-changing environment
• calm under pressure
• based in or around the cardiff area
• able to drive (preferred but not essential)

The ideal candidate will be very enthusiastic, with a passion for food and a super positive attitude. some kitchen experience would be ideal but isn't essential as full training can be offered to the right person. the most imporant thing is that we find someone upbeat who's willing to get stuck in wherever needed. you will work some prep shifts but the majority of your time will be spent on service. full or part-time positions considered.
